Transcom Lithuania is happy and proud to announce that we were recognized at the National Responsible Business Awards 2015, organized by the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania, as a “Workplace of the Year”. The awards were given to national and foreign companies operating in Lithuania to recognize the contribution to socially responsible practices and initiatives that benefit companies and society by strengthening social welfare as well as minimizing negative impact on the environment.
This year, the National Responsible Business Awards were presented in five categories – “Workplace of the Year”, “The Most Socially Oriented Company of the Year”, “Environment-friendly Company of the Year”, and the main category – “The Socially Responsible Company of the Year”. To further promote the importance of healthy lifestyle, this year the award of “The Most Athletic Company of the Year” was also introduced.
Transcom Lithuania was awarded with a “Workplace of the Year” certificate, which acknowledges that our work environment is based on honesty, accountability and socially responsible practices, designed to strengthen social awareness. It’s a great honor to be recognized among leading companies in the market for applying the values and practices that are rooted in Transcom’s culture. Transparency, honesty, a high level of accountability and promotion of socially responsible practices throughout all aspects of our daily work has long since been ingrained in Transcom’s culture and we are therefore pleased to be recognized and to contribute to our society as a socially responsible workplace.

For the eighth year, the Fortius Awards Gala was held in Madrid. The event is organized by the Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relations (AEERC) and awards the best profiles within the call center industry in Spain.
During the years, this conference has become in a “must attend event” for the customer service professionals in Spain. The highlights of the event is the awards ceremony, where the people who works everyday in the contact center to deliver excellent customer service are awarded for their constant effort, dedication, engagement and passion.
Transcom Spain is very proud to announce that one of our employees in Sevilla, Rocío Gómez, won the prize for Best Supervisor (Team Leader). As a part of the prize, Rocío won a scholarship to study the Superior Program in Contact Center Management by the ICEMD/ESIC.

I also want to congratulate all the finalists and the winners, as I am aware of the hard and complicated process for selecting the nominees. It’s very tough competition and only the best make it to the final. Every year there are more applicants and it takes a great effort of the jury, composed by representatives of companies and institutions and well as by professional managers with in-depth experience of the Contact Center industry.
Transcom was honored with the Award for Best Outsourcer at the Gala of CRC Gold Awards, held in Madrid on October 7, 2015.
This award is given to the outsourcing company with the best relationship with its customers, considering two perspectives: customer recommendation and operational management. Applying for this prize implies being deeply audited by independent consultants of the Organization (AEERC / IFAES / IZO). Transcom’s clients were also surveyed with regards to their perception of Transcom Spain.
In addition to this, Transcom was also awarded with the CRC Gold Award for Best Collection Services, for the service provided to one of the first banks in the country and the Special CRC Gold Award for Best Quality Management.
Being awarded with the Best Quality Management Award for the second consecutive year demonstrates our commitment to our Quality Management System and the total quality excellence of our services.
These awards acknowledge the work done by each and every one of the professionals who are part of Transcom. They are the most prestigious awards within the BPO sector in Spain and recognize the work of the best companies, both outsourcers and their clients.

Once again, Transcom has been awarded in one of the most prestigious customer care events in Spain: the Platinum Contact Center Awards, which are organized by the Contact Center Magazine every year.
In the sixth edition that was held at Teatro Real in Madrid in end of June, Transcom was awarded in the following categories for the quality services we have provided to three of our major clients:

Following April’s announcement that Transcom received the Frost & Sullivan 2015 Visionary Innovation Leadership Award in Europe, we had been invited to attend the “2015 Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards Banquet” that took place Thursday May 14th at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London.
I was really proud to represent Transcom at this event and to receive the prestigious award in front of over 150 leaders and industry professionals from around the world.
The event celebrated the superlative achievements of over thirty global companies from a number of businesses, both within the public and private sectors.

We are pleased to announce that Transcom Philippines won three prizes at the Nordic Business Council Philippines’ (NBCP) National Awards. The award was held March 26 at the Fairmont Makati Hotel in Manila and the delegates represented 133 Nordic companies. The event was an intimate gathering for the Nordic-Philippine business community, as the NBCP recognizes the most prominent Nordic companies in the Philippines.
Transcom Philippines has been recognized as the largest Nordic employer in the Philippines, in terms of the number of direct employees. Our Transcom Cares CSR initiatives have been awarded the Nordic-Philippine CSR Activity of the Year for relevance, sustainability, and viability to have a long lasting effect on the community where it is implemented. In addition, our commitment to employees’ welfare, positive work environment, and interesting career and growth opportunities garnered us a runner-up to the Outstanding Employer of the Year award.
These awards made us a prominent force not only in the BPO industry in the Philippines, but in the Nordic-Philippine business community as well.
